September signifies the start of oyster season, which is reflected in our first course. Dive into the deep sea dining experience with Oyster Shooters featuring Beau Soleil Oysters, Alagash White Ale Foam, and Smoked Corn Salsa. Delight in this seafood delicacy while sipping Richer Pour’s Prosecco hailing from Veneto, Italy. Enjoy the light second course offering of Crab Salad with Dungeness crab, cucumber gelee’, avocado mousse, and lemon powder complete with Dry Creek’s Sauvignon Blanc from Sonoma. The third course includes Clams Casino made with olive oil poached clams, fried oregano, pickled shallots, country ham, and stravecchio parmesan with a glass of Qupe’ Syrah from Central Coast California. The Day Boat Scallop comprises the fourth course with colossal pan seared scallop, charred kohlrabi, and chicharrones with Gazeera’s Pinot Grigio from Sicily.
