During the segment, Ed Nemec gave quick instructions on how to prepare the crab stuffed peppers and how to end with a delicious plate your guests are sure to enjoy. Here are the ingredients needed to prepare this dish: Crab Stuffed Peppers Yields 4-6 servings Ingredients: 10-12 Piquillo Peppers (Drained from Can) 1lb Jumbo Lump Crab meat 1 1/2 oz Yellow Onions (Finely Diced) 1 1/2 oz Red Peppers (Finely Diced) 1/2 tsp Fresh Garlic (Finely Diced) 2 oz Panko Bread Crumbs 1 tsp leaf parsley (chopped flat) 1 oz Grated Parmesan Cheese 3 oz Mayonnaise 1/2 tsp Honey 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard 1/2 tsp Whole Grain Mustard 1 tsp Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice 1/2 tsp Fresh Tarragon (Chopped) 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning Remoulade Sauce Ingredients: ½ Cup Mayo ½ Tbsp Lemon Juice ½ Tbsp Chopped Capers ½ Tbsp Chopped Shallots ½ Tbsp Chopped Chives 1 Tsp Chopped Parsley Salt & Pepper to Taste crabstuffedpeppers Here are a few tips to help you create your personal crab stuffed peppers at home: –  You may find your Jumbo Lump Crabmeat in the refrigerated seafood section of your local grocery store.  Before preparing, be sure to pick over the crabmeat for tiny shells that may exist. –  Panko Bread Crumbs can be found in the Asian food section of your local grocery store. –  When filling your peppers, be sure to work slowly and gently as to not break the pepper. –  The Crab Stuffed Peppers should be consumed within three days after preparing.  Store the peppers in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat. –  The Crab Stuffed Peppers are best served warm.
