Raise a glass and toast mom with one of our signature brunch cocktails, including a Pineapple Mint Mojito, cana brava rum, pineapple; Ruby Champagne Cocktail, champagne, pink grapefruit; Bellini, champagne and peach puree; and more. The Mom’s Day menu features special brunch items from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. including Morning Tacos, scrambled eggs, chorizo, avocado, cheddar, chipotle mayo; Bacon & Egg Sliders, house cured bacon, cheddar, sunny side up egg; Sausage Sliders, breakfast sausage, montemore cheese, sunny side up egg; Hash, braised grass fed meyer beef brisket, onions, peppers, fresh herbs; and Early Flatbread, scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, cheddar, mozz, tomatoes. All-day sharable specials sure to impress mom include Florida Red Grouper, blackened, baby fingerlings, fruit salad, braised rainbow chard, citrus buerre blanc; Colossal Shrimp, 2 huge shrimp stuffed & baked with crabmeat, citrus buerre blanc; Alaskan Red King Crab Legs, steamed and split; NY Strip Steak, 16 oz USDA prime center-cut, served Tuscan-style; and the following fresh fish selections flown in direct from Hawaii: Seared Ahi Tuna, sesame seeds, bacon braised bok choy, avocado puree, pickled ginger, micro greens, wasabi vinaigrette; Mahi Mahi, macadamia nut crusted, lobster sauce, sautéed spinach, fingerling potatoes; Opah, sushi rice block, wild mushrooms, corn, miso sesame vinaigrette; and Swordfish, grilled with sweet potato puree, smoked corn, pickled apples.
